What counts as a case?
Each case contains 24 rolls of TufGaff Professional Gaffer Tape (2″ x 55 yards per roll).
Can I mix black and white in a single order?
Absolutely. You can split your order across any available colors. Just select quantities for each in the configurator.
How quickly do bulk orders ship?
Most bulk orders ship within 3–5 business days from our warehouse. Expedited shipping is available for time-sensitive productions.
Is there a minimum order for bulk pricing?
Bulk pricing begins at 2 cases (48 rolls). Single case orders are available at retail pricing through Amazon.
Can I set up recurring shipments?
Yes. We offer monthly, quarterly, and custom recurring order programs. Your account manager will coordinate the schedule.
What if I’m not satisfied with the product?
TufGaff offers a 30-day guarantee on all orders, including bulk. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll replace your order — no questions asked.
